Bolaji Kuyebi is the Managing Partner of BRK Attorneys, a seasoned legal practitioner with an expansive practice covering commercial litigation, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and energy law. He earned his LL.B. from Lagos State University before attending the Nigerian Law School and being called to the Nigerian Bar. Committed to the intersection of law and governance, he is also a graduate of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG), where he obtained a certificate in Public Leadership and Policy.
Bolaji provides strategic legal and regulatory guidance to individuals and institutions navigating complex commercial landscapes. His litigation experience is extensive, having represented clients across various levels of the Nigerian judiciary, including the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is particularly adept at high-value negotiations and structured settlements, consistently achieving commercially viable outcomes for his clients.
Beyond the courtroom, Bolaji is a Chartered Arbitrator. This expertise allows him to offer clients a comprehensive suite of dispute resolution strategies, ranging from traditional litigation to private arbitration and mediation, ensuring that even the most contentious commercial conflicts are resolved with efficiency and confidentiality.
